The second volume of our DRT trilogy, titled Creative Transformation of Organizational Ecosystems: A Fieldbook of Dynamic Relationality Theory, is now complete and with our publisher, De Gruyter, for production. It is now in production and should be out around November 2025. Here is a description of this volume.
This book extends and operationalizes the foundational insights of Dynamic Relationality Theory into a comprehensive methodology for designing, governing, and evolving complex organizational ecosystems. It introduces a novel genre of applied systemic inquiry—fieldbook-based theoretical practice—that integrates machinic life-experience ecosystems (MLXEs), co-intelligent architectures, and transformational diagrammatics. Anchored in the generative synthesis of category theory, sheaf theory, and gauge theory, the book constructs a full-stack modeling and intervention platform for organizations navigating the dynamic interplay between molar institutions and molecular experiences. Each chapter features structurally embedded empirical cases that exemplify how to actualize transformation through diagrammatic logic, organizational morphogenesis, and multi-level experiential governance. With its transdisciplinary rigor and hands-on design orientation, this book equips executives, strategists, and analysts with the theoretical tools and methodological blueprints to enact participatory, planetary-scale transformation in the age of human-AI co-intelligence.
The third volume in our DRT trilogy, titled Machinic Life-Experience Ecosystems: Reimagining Complex Systems with Co-Intelligence, is under contract with Springer-Nature, and will be published as part of their series in Contemporary Systems Thinking.
